Located on St John Street in the heart of Clerkenwell an existing 1970s office block has been re-used and extended to provide nearly 40,000 Sq. ft of BREEAM Excellent, modern workspace that has been designed with ‘long-life loose-fit’ principles in mind.

The façade is wrapped in faience tiles and ornamental metal panels which express a pattern of ribbing across the building envelope, unifying the various façades into a cohesive whole. Referencing the warehouse architecture of the area, the proportions of the gridded façade and inset glazing speak to its context. The set-back, 6th floor extension is fully glazed to create an uncluttered and elegant workspace with uninterrupted views of the city.
