A mixed-use Life Science led development in the working heart of Islington, this project celebrates the important industrial heritage of its location through materiality and form.

The various volumes are carefully articulated with double height spaces and setbacks, whilst the changing rhythms of the project’s distinctive fins differentiate the volumes whilst providing naturally lit and protected spaces.

Public realm plays an important role with a large colonnade and public throughfare, energizing the ground level by inviting exploration - parallel to the work undertaking in the spaces above.
