• Architectural Assistant

    After completing his Part 1 and Part 2 at the University of Westminster, Alberto has acted as a job runner on residential and commercial projects in Mallorca and London. His responsibilities whilst working for AJ100 practices has broadened his technical understanding of construction as well as Revit proficiency, He has strong organisational, BIM modelling and project management expertise which he applies to building design and detailing. Alberto is currently developing several pre-construction packages on 145 St John Street.

    Claudia started her career as an Architect in Spain, after her studies at the University of Zaragoza, Murcia and Alicante. During her time there she grew her passion for the infinite possibilities found in the subtleties of great design. Claudia’s broad work experience in Murcia, London and Dublin and established a very discipline and detailed focused approach to her work. Her passion for furniture design, volunteering with NGOs and Urban Planning has broadened her approach to architecture and its impact on the environment, communities and building users. Claudia is currently running the extensive internal refurbishment of 42 St John’s Square.

  • Senior Architect

    Hassan joined Kiani Architects in 2021 to lead the post-planning phases of 145 St John’s Street and brings with him experience in the commercial and workplace sector having worked at Woods Bagot, Archer Architects, Arup Associates and Simpson Haugh Architects. As part of the leadership team of Kiani Architects, he oversees the studio and provides mentorship for Part 3 candidates.

    Having studied Architecture at the University of East London and the University of Kingston Hassan has worked on several high profile award-winning commercial projects in Central London, Europe and the Middle East leading façade packages, CAT A and B fit-outs and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

    Hassan has a fabric-first approach to design and has a wealth of experience across the RIBA work stages and is currently in the final stages of delivery 145 St John Street.

    After graduating from the University of Portsmouth and Taylor’s University in Malaysia, Lynette worked in Malaysia on large-scale mixed-use commercial projects and competitions, Lynette gained valuable UK based experience across the RIBA work stages after completing her Post Graduate Studies working for an award winning Portsmouth based Studio.

    Lynette has worked on several large scale mixed-used developments requiring a detailed technical understanding of structures and services, and has a keen interest and experience in landscaping and urban design- both of which allowed her to develop an extensive eye for detail. Lynette is currently working on 230-232 York Way.

    Tala studied Architecture at both The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University and completed her Part 1 studies at the University of Reading before joining Kiani Architects.

    Her work experience in the middle east in the commercial and residential sector has given her insights into complex heritage sites and commercial architecture.

    She has a passion for community-based initiatives, heritage building conservation, sustainability, and restoration, in addition to working with Habitat for Humanity and lecturing as a Guest Speaker on these topics.

    Davood studied Architecture at London Metropolitan University and gained his diploma under Florian Beigel and Philip Christou . He also studied Architectural History, Theory and Interpretation led by Robert Harbison, Colin Davies and Helen Mallinson

    Since then, he has delivered high-profile projects from inception to completion across the commercial, educational and hospitality sectors in Central London taking on various leadership roles such as Project Manager, Principal Designer and Project Architect.

    Kiani Architects was founded in 2021 with a vision of delivering innovative and hand-crafted architecture based on nearly 25 years of experience in the art & design of the academic, creative and construction arenas. Davood excels in delivering award-winning projects by skilfully translating clients' requirements with a passion for design excellence.

    Alfonso is an architect with 9 years of experience in the construction field, with proficiency in BIM modelling, technical detailing, and 3D visualisation. He has extensive technical abilities and construction knowledge on large-scale projects, as well as experience delivering CAT B fit out projects.

    Alfonso studied Architecture in Madrid and has been a practicing Architect since 2016. He is a highly creative Architect with extensive experience in the Healthcare, Art & Culture, Residential, Educational, Life Sciences sectors. Building on his Revit experience since 2017, Alfonso has previously taken on technical roles in the Daylighting and R.O.L fields, which have developed his conscientious and methodical approach to building design. Alfonso is currently leading the Concept Design stage of 230-232 York Way.

    Jack Kinsman is working with Kiani Architects whilst completing a MFA at the Slade School of Fine Art, having completed his Architecture BA at the Bartlett School of Architecture. He enjoys exploring animalism. Jack is currently working on the Concept Design for a high rise Office building in Central London.

    After completing her Post Graduate studies at the Manchester School of Architecture and The University of Nottingham, Athena worked directly with award winning developers and architects in Cyprus and London. The experiences allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations legislation, construction and façade detailing, in addition to managing a broad range of site responsibilities. Athena is currently working on 8-15 Aylesbury Street.

    Francesco studied at the University of Genoa and the Bartlett School of Architecture and qualified as an Architect in 2011 in Italy. Since then, he has worked for several award-winning Architects, leading a variety of high-profile educational, residential, and commercial projects in London, Berlin and Palermo.

    He has worked with award-winning London studios, gaining extensive experience in a variety of high-profile & technically challenging projects in the education, residential and commercial sectors. His experience across the RIBA work stages at delivering large and small projects is highlighted by his problem-solving skills, attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of construction detailing. Francesco is currently leading the extensive refurbishment of 8-15 Aylesbury Street.

    Dimitra graduated from the University of Patras after completing a Diploma in Architectural Engineering, prior to completing a MSc in Environmental Design & Engineering at UCL.

    Having worked across the workplace, hospitality and cultural sectors throughout Europe, she has developed a complex understanding of health, comfort and well-being design for building occupants.
